For Wellness Retreats:
Due to limited registration, full payment is due at time of booking to reserve your space. Please ensure your schedule aligns well with retreat timing before booking. Early bird payment is non-refundable. In situations of immediate family tragedy, a transfer to another retreat situation may be considered. If retreat is cancelled by host a full refund will be provided.
For Art Retreats:
$100 deposit is required to hold your space. If for some reason you cannot attend, your payment may be applied to another art retreat within a 12 month period.
For Rooms and Packages:
During high season, Sky Story requires 10 days notice for cancellation. In the event that cancellation is unavoidable and falls after the 10 day notification period, a 50% surcharge will be retained. Low season bookings require 4 days notice with a $75 surcharge applied thereafter. A 48 hour or same day cancellation will be charged the full amount of the booking. Exceptions may be made in cases of inclement weather leading to impassible roads and non-entry into Park.
